If you are an existing-returning customer and would like to purchase a course. Please create a” NEW ACCOUNT” We will update your account to reflect test(s) taken on the old site. 

To purchase a course:

1. From the menu on top, select your particular healthcare profession then the state that you are licensed in
2. A list of courses available for that profession is then shown.
3. Select the course you wish to view or purchase, then select the method in which you wish to receive the course (emailed-online or via USPS) and continue through the checkout process.
4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a course, it’s really hard or you have already taken it. We will gladly exchange for another, let us know and we will do it right away.

ACCESSING A COURSE, TAKING A TEST

If you are taking a test for a purchased course, you can access the course under “My Account” which is on the top right side of the screen. Scroll down to “Online Courses” right under your profile information there will be the registered courses. Click on the course name you will like to access, this will take you to the course material and the quiz. If you like to access the course simply click on the name of the course. To take the test click on the course name under quizzes. Test can be taken as many times as needed until you achieve a passing score at no extra charge. You must score at least 80% on the exam to ‘pass’ a course and receive a certificate of completion. If you ordered the course to be mailed, an answer sheet will accompany each test. Upon completing the course, take the test by marking the answer sheet, submit the test online or send the answer sheet back. You can fax the test at 1(619) 295-0252, email it to info@mededsys.com or mail to P.O Box 81831 San Diego, CA  92138. Once we receive your exam, we will grade it and, upon successful completion, we will mail you a certificate. Should you fail, we will contact you immediately with additional instructions.

Certificates:
If you completed the course online, a certificate will be instantly generated which you may print or save according to your preference. If you submitted your test to us through postal mail, a certificate will be mailed back to you. Additional copies of past or present certificates may be mailed for $10.
